The Challenge

Commercial and industrial businesses have access to energy programs that can significantly reduce costs and improve resilience — including demand response, responsive economic dispatch, strategic load management, and virtual power plant participation.

But these programs are extremely complex.

For most business leaders, energy procurement isn’t their primary focus. Without clear communication, valuable solutions risk being misunderstood or overlooked.

NRG’s Business Marketing team needed a way to translate technical energy strategies into stories that business owners could quickly understand and act on.
